This Agreement, and all matters arising out of or relating to it (including, but not limited to, its enforceability) are governed by the laws applicable in the State of New South Wales.

I, and the organisation I represent, submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, and any appeal courts therefrom.
