5,000 m 2, 49 apartments, 410 m 2 retail/commerical space

Prestressed concrete

Oriented with its single façade to the North, facing the width of Goulburn Street, the design breaks away from the usual box-like structures.

Every one of the 49 apartments has a wave-shaped balcony, so as to accommodate outdoor furniture, at its widened part. The balconies are arranged in a vertically staggered pattern so as to maximise the spatial feeling.

Colour is introduced into the façade by the use of integrally permanent coloured toughened glass on the balconies’ end rails and dividing screens. They are a mixture of primary and neutral coloured accents all over the façade and create a scintillating effect when seeing them as one walks past the building.
