Brickwork, sandstone and cedar boarding

Build on a large, slightly sloping site, the plan of this house is bi-nuclear. Living and bedroom wings are separate and joined by an entrance ramped link. The carport is a third element, connected by a covered walkway. Between the different winds courtyards are created for entry, living and service.

The slope of the roof is parallel to the ground but changes direction over the living wing to open the space space towards the lower garden. The materials used are white painted brickwork, sandstone and natural cedar boarding.
