QV1 Tower

A total floor plate refurbishment over several floors included new ceilings with energy efficient lighting, new carpeting and internal facade treatment.

Within the core, new stone clad lift lobbies were designed to integrate a new lift destinatinon control system.

The amenities were refurbished with upgraded fixtures and new natural stone finishes to walls and floors.
