This building is undergoing an extensive refurbishment and upgrade. Part of the works include new fenestration to lower floors immediately over and abutting the lobby space to allow these to be used as office floor.

As part of the works an escalator and elevator re-fit programme is being undertaken including a new Destination Control System to improve the efficiency of the vertical transport.

Public spaces are refinished and new energy efficient LED lighting technology is being intergrated throughout.
