To allow the leasing team at Grosvenor Place to show the flexibility and variations possible on the large ca. 1,800 m² floor plates, Seidler Architects designed distinct areas with different ceiling treatments.

The south west quadrant of the floor plate is fitted out with from a typical drop-in cassette ceiling system, while the north east quadrant receives a variation of ceiling systems. These range from expressed beam and coffer ceiling systems, that reflect the structure of the building and recall the ground floor lobby ceiling treatment, to an all exposed ceiling system, that places a greater emphasis on height and volume.

These speciality layouts have been fitted with high efficiency ERCO Lighting LED fixtures to illuminate and selectively highlight areas of interest with a mixture of downlights, flexible track mounted office fittings as well as fittings with uplight component reflecting of a carefully composed series of circular disc below the blacked out soffit.
